You can fax, email, or personally drop these documents off at Advance English Academy.

* A bank statement, showing us that you have sufficient funds to support yourself while studying in
the USA (Everyone)
If the student is applying from outside the USA, please send Advance an Application Form,
a copy of the student's passport, and a bank statement (1 year = $16,000).
Also, include a payment of $175, and any optional fees, if applicable.
Once you have been officially accepted to Advance, we will mail you a Letter of Acceptance
& an I-20. The student will receive these documents in 5-8 days.

Refund Policy:
Please read our school’s refund policy before making any payment to the school.
100% tuition refund before Program Start Date. After PSD, total refund will be amount owed by the
student for the portion of the educational program provided subtracted from the amount paid by the
student: The amount owed equals the daily charge for the program ($20), multiplied by the number
of days student attended, or was scheduled to attend, prior to withdrawal. Students should fully
understand that they are not entitled to a refund once they have attended 60% of the 12-week
program.
*For students who are applying from outside the USA: The $100 tuition deposit is only refunded
once the original I-20 & original Acceptance Letter are returned to Advance before the Program
Start Date. You will find your Program Start Date on your I-20.
There is no refund for the $75 Application Fee.
